Corundum refractory castable is a refractory material widely used in the market at present, which is compounded with high-quality refractory corundum as aggregate and powder, and a variety of super-fine and high-efficiency additives, in which AL2O3 content is more than 85%.

Because corundum has excellent high-temperature properties and mechanical strength, and is not affected by reducing gases such as H2 and CO, corundum castable has higher mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, erosion resistance and corrosion resistance than high-alumina refractory castable and mullite refractory castable, but its thermal shock resistance is slightly worse. It is a castable widely used in contact solution or wear-resistant layer of high-temperature industrial kiln. Good high-temperature performance, stable volume, small thermal conductivity, strong slag corrosion resistance, convenient construction, strong structural integrity of the furnace body, rapid solidification and keep high strength, better air tightness than brick furnace, prolonged furnace life, saved furnace repair cost and remarkable economic benefits, etc.

Scope: It is mainly used as lining material for boilers, blast furnaces, heating furnaces, ceramic kilns and other kilns, and is widely used in circulating fluidized bed boilers, metallurgy, petrochemical industry, thermal power and other fields.
